i *think* that's P4876335 because there's no choke well and the stand off mounts aren't drilled and tapped.

The first pic is all I got at this point. Trying to get more info now.
Mopar Performance dual plane - runners leave plenum and then had a 180 degree split with runners across from one another "competing" for flow. IMHO the factory cast iron 4bbl manifolds were a better design than this!
It’s an aluminum person of a stock intake.

That would make a great sleeper on a 68/70 340 painted the correct color for the year and a 750AVS with the Mopar ground off.
