Hello, I've got a 360La based stroker that now has a quicktime bell.
Due to some issues I have, I want to try the 05-08 5.7 ram starter (for manuals) and seen in some threads here that its a problem solver for people with the regular 90s model nippondenso starts hitting headers.
Everyone said that you need to source the coaxial starter from a manual equipped 5.7 ram from 05-08,but i didnt see what they were actually installing them in other than one fella that hit the block of his 1976 360 with 904....
My LA is actually a 1976 360 but im using a Qt bell with the 10 inc 130tooth flywheel.
Sidenote. I read that one hole is threaded and would have to be drilled out, but im hoping that I can just use bolts from the other side since the QT scsttershield is open on that side and uses nuts and bolts (plus a bushing).
Im sure it will bolt on that way if i knew what pitch those bolts are but will it mesh with that 130 tooth 10 inch wheel lol

Thanks,
Rick

So my question is, since its supposed to fit all the classic v8s, it should fit my QT, but has anyone do it with a 130tooth 10 inch flywheel?
