They sent my Muscle controller back to me saying everything is fine and still doesn't work. I put my friends controller on and everything worked great. After a week of telephone run a round the tech support sent me an email saying that since the controller worked for them that they will not honor the warranty anymore. WTF!!!
 
let me get this straight, you put a buddies in and it worked just fine but yours doesn't work but works when you send it back to snows. how about putting yours in your buddies car to see what's up.
 

Did you buy directly from them, or another vendor?( Summit/Jegs/Amazon...etc) If so,sometimes a bigger customer carries more clout,than a single person. If you bought it from a big vendor, I suggest contacting their tech line. Couldn't hurt any, I have done it before.
