That too. There's a reason racers are all up on the handle bars or the steering wheel. It provides better control.
Maybe he's just used to having his arms up, surrendering to the cops....

In a lot of states they have restrictions on ape hangers. As soon as the rat bike Trend hits here in the states we will probably see bars like this all over.
I want to see him ride "The Dragon" with that setup...

A friend had "monkey bars" on his bike (not that high). He thought he was the coolest thing on the road till a wasp hit his underarm, went down his shirt, and stung him five times from his armpit to his belly button. Needless to say.....not on my bike!

That's just stupid.
The one in the background loaded up with all that stuff piled high doesn't look like too safe of a ride either.
