Took the Demon in for a wheel alignment and require the following items:

rear leaf bushings - front and back leaf spring eye bushing

strut rod bushings

sway bar link bushings

torsion bar control arm bushings - same as dust boots?

I know that Classic Industries probably has most of the items that I need.

Any other sources you can recommend?

Is there anything else I should upgrade other than what the mechanic suggested?

I make delrin lower control arm bushings. They are stiff, quiet and last forever. Pair them up with aftermarket strut rods and the lower control arm is upgraded to modern standards. Urethane leaf bushings are also a plus if installed with the proper lube. PM me and I can help you make the correct choices.

You going with rubber or polyurethane bushings? Some folks have had got some questionable Moog rubber bushings recently since they’re made in China now? I went with rubber (Moog) and bought it all from Lordco a few years ago.

PST or Energy Suspension would have them in poly but beware of some of the red stuff coming apart under load. Kanter Auto (Hemming's advertiser) sells OEM rubber. I bought the entire frint end rebuild kit for my 65 A and was very happy with it. new stock ride, not harsh, no noise.
