spare tire well patches

Has anyone bought a spare tire well patch panel ? I need to know how high up in the well the panel goes. I need it to go about 2 or 3 " otherwise I need the entire floor pan.

Sorry I flipped it over to take pics and there are 3-4 small holes. If I remember right the repos go about 4 inches up. Jim
