Hey guys i bought a car with a 67 273 has the long treaded plugs in it and calls for the short how do i know which is correct please help?

Ive never heard of em takin the short plug's should be the long reach I personally prefer the autolites

Don't know where you got your info but 273, 318, 340 all call for the same plug which is in the case of Autolites is a number 65. If you have headers and want a plug with a smaller hex the plugs for the magnum have the same thread but have a 5/8" hex instead of the 13/16". A 3924 is the same heat range as a 65.
