Ok, I just got a 68 dart and the first problem for me to fix is that the speedo and most of the gages don't work and they don't light up. How can I fix this? And the left turn signal light at the end of the car stays on

As for the speedometer, check underneath the car and see if someone has unplugged it from your transmission, and if they haven't, check to see if it has been unplugged from the back of the gauge cluster.
As for your bulbs, reach around the back of the cluster (reach up from underneath the dash), and twist out the bulb sockets, they are small and black. Replace the bulbs, and twist the sockets back in. As for the left signal switch staying on, check your signal relay switch. It should look like this, or clear. Same cylinder idea though.
