spindle question

I've just reamed my spindles out for tubular upper control arms and unfortunately, the reamer went a bit off line, will this cause a steering issue.

the front end can be aligned to compensate for it.....how did it get that far off?

I drilled in situ, despite holding drill steady and going in slow it wandered off a little.
