Starter splash shield

Got a new “authentic” reproduction shield for my ‘69 Cuda restoration that was labelled as fitting 67-72 A bodies - NOT!!
The original shield at the top of the photo is from my son’s ‘69 Cuda and the bottom is the repro. Does anyone have an original style shield in restorable condition?

how bad is the crease in the shield? Kind of hard to determine from the photos. I have a US shipping address in Port Huron MI
