The new harness may have one, and hopefully at least has the one side of the connector.I'll pick up a fusible link next time I'm at the local electronics store.
Originals and repros are kindof pricey.
You could pickup a circuit breakerat the store for use when testing and working with live wires.

Generic 16 ga Links are in many parts stores.

If you go that route, will need to come up with a method securely joining the 16 gage link to the 10 or 12 gage A1C wire.
