Starting to rebuild the Allen distributor machine

The original tach was triggered by brushes off the original commutator. I've forgotten exactly how I was going to set this up, I'll have to dig out the notes. The Chinese ebay tach is programmable to allow for different triggers, IE a two stroke single or divide by 1/2 for something with a distributor, etc.

Great job your doing on your Allen Distributor Machine. I'm currently restoring a Model 1415 HD also I have the Operating Instructions and was hoping to get the Wiring Schematic. Any help will be greatly appreciate !
