Steel wheel info needed !!!

Ok trying to get some steel skinny front rims that are approved for Super Stock class I found these at Speedway but they 16" which isnt allowed so does anyone know of companies that can build me a skinny steel wheel for the front similar to bottom one pictured that has the 5x4.50 bolt pattern thanks Chris .

Im checking now and with speedway the smallest width up front I can find on either site is 5" so I may have to buy them thanks for the info.
