steering coloumn

i have a 73 dart automatic that i put a floor shifter in and i want to change the piece on the steering coloumn that say "P R N D 2 1" to a 4 speed 1. will they interchange and where can i find 1?

You can also gring off the gear shift indicator tab and snout for the gear shift handle, fill them in, then repaint a color of your choice.
