I removed the column shift steering column from my 68 Dart and replaced the entire column with a floor shift set up from another 68 Dart. I thought everything was good but I'm getting movement from the bearing housing and the housing behind it where the column shifter would be. Does anyone know what might be loose or missing. I can turn these housings on the steering shaft quite a bit. I suspect there is something that should stop them from turning. Any help out there?
