Steering column upper bearing insulator

Anyone know where to get one? This is the black insulator/seal that fits into the collar where the bearing rides on the steering shaft. While disassembling my steering column, I destroyed the good one in I planned to re-use. It looks like it may have been disco'd too now.

Any leads appreciated.

National Mopar didn't have one. Turns out they are discontinued. Checked Jim's too, they no longer carry them.

Anyone have a good used one?
