Sure looks 68 to me?
looks 67ish. No expert though!
Yeah probably more than 1 year and model.
Wheels just like this on Ebay as 68-69 B body.

Yeah , 69 Darts also. according to Ebay..
Horn ring is 67 to 69 but horn button being padded looks 68 to 69. 67 dodge had hard center with dodge triangle logo on it, plymouths had their logo on it, but looked the same

Early 1968 still had the '67 style chrome button (8/28/1967 SPD).

What's more interesting is where that steering wheel wound up after I found the correct-for-1968 sport steering wheel. I sold it to the guy who owned Shirley Shahan's '67 Coronet R/T. His son has the car now...
Both my 68 Valiant and 68 Coronet 440 have that wheel. Also had a 68 Coronet 500 with it.
