Steering Wheel Question

Did the factory steering wheel for a 1970 Dart Swinger ever come with an optional cover/wrap? I have one on my factory wheel, and it doesnt look like the typical aftermarket cover, its very tight and form fitting, with the lacing done very tight as well.

I've had one for probably 10 years on my duster's tuff wheel that came out of an F body that I got on amazon. can get them for about $15. IIRC I had to rip a seam, cut about 4" out of it, and re-sew it to get the diameter right Steering wheel wrap
