Today on my way home from work I started having some issues with my throttle remaining on fast idle all the way home. Granted it's only a three mile drive and this T-Quad has always taken time to warm up, but still not acceptable. As I pulled into my driveway, parked, the idle was high so I hit the gas and it stuck. What do you think? Old throttle return springs? Carb? Nothing seems to be binding.

A new spring is cheap. The throttle cable could be dry inside the sleave. A dry graphite film lube would do. Auto part stores will have this item.

Sorry, cant resist.

I'd be looking for class action against Chrysler on this defect. Sticking throttles is serious stuff.

Sorry

Sounds like mabby a dirty choke. Try cleaning it, may help. Or some times the fast idle cam just gets hung up. As for the stuck throttle? I have been running dubble return springs on mine. Its a little stiff but better then it getting stuck.
