Well, I'm headed out to a Funeral Service at my Church. My old friend Elmer has passed along. He has been at my Church since around 1982. He was 99, had his last Birthday 3 weeks ago. Elmer was a Great Guy......

Howdy Fabonites. Been a fun week. Think I'm just about done with a sinus cold. 
Had my Mazda in for inspection Tuesday. Passed that no problem. But I had them check a whining noise that I thought was an axle bearing going bad. Nope. Needs a transmission! So I have a loner (CX-5). Initial time estimate.....November!

It still ran great. No issue with power. Could hear a little as I got moving, pretty obvious at 40mph, getting a bit loud by 60. But not 'terrible' They ran it up on a lift in the shop and it was SCREAMING. Then the service manager went to lower him and I thought he was going to dump it. Right side dropped a few inches and left didn't budge.
Did that 3 or 4 times before it would drop the left side. He's like 
!!! Couldn't hear him, but after first one pretty sure he was asking if it ever did that before and by the look he gave, guessing he was told yes. Pretty sure someone was going to be getting an *** chewing for not reporting it.
