Been chipping away at Fall cleanup around the house.

Got the exterior stuff from the Yellowjacket invasion completed. Need to get the ceiling patched and work on reclaiming the parking spot for the small truck. Oil change is due as well... nothing fancy.

Might take a wander up to that new distillery

Worked at the port of Tacoma Washington years ago and the guys running the cranes unloading containers off ships would sometimes on purpose drop a container of Ice cream. Can't ship it to stores after it's been damaged so the guys at work would take the ice cream home.

Something like that. Imagine an 8' long fluorescent ceiling fixture, but one that uses LED bulbs (actual bulbs so I can replace them if/when they die). Got the image? Great. Now image how they would look mounted-up on a nice white metal ceiling, but after being bent about 20 degrees during shipping....

They may have had a better chance of surviving had the two boxes been strapped together, but no!

The other 6 are supposed to arrive today sometime, so we'll see.

Back when I was in 4H, they caught a local steer jockey that had won grand champ, injecting veggie oil mixed with corn starch under the skin ,between the skin and the muscle. Stupid guy sent it to the 4H auction and it was discovered during the butchering process, the entire carcass was ruined. They ended pursing charges and suing the guy

I never would have thought of that. I could have saved money on my girlfriends Botox injections
 
Off to do some truck drivin' Just a U-Haul to pick ip a couple loads of Mums today and tomorrow. It's a fundraiser for scholarships for the local colleges that have nursing programs. A friend asked me if I would like to drive. It pays $20/hr. but I will donate my time to the cause.
