Does anyone around you serve fried chicken with waffles and syrup? Anywhere I ever seen here its chicken in gravy...

yeppers - in fact the gravy thing seems odd to me

Has to be low 20's here.

Its 20s with wind chill in teens. To think I used to get up early and walk a mile every morning to check traps when I was in high school. Now I don't want to go out the door in these temps. Lol

I stopped to get my lottery #'s on the way home yesterday and the convenience store I go to has Eggos and syrup at the ready - I am SO doing this. I also called the local "Wings" and they will do the boneless without sauce - good to go!

Do what we used to do when away take the iron and put it across a small garbage can turn it on high and you have a griddle.

Yep, my plan is to take leftover lasagna for lunch.

That looks like a crossover dish. What I have hadthe chicken is not coated and fried. Just picked off and made in a gravy.
