I'm so busy retired I wish I had a job to go to so I could get some down time.
Agree once your done, your finished.
If you ever spill oil etc it wont stain, Just wipes off.

Because a good epoxy and you just wipe up spills. It is great. But get a good one and clean and prep well.

Now I saw why the Wolfe award looks the way it is!
My best buddy just did his floor. The guy came in and lightly sanded the garage floor. He then put down the paint and flakes. He then came back a few days later and put a clear coat of it. $28 a foot with a lifetime guarantee. It's nice but don't know if I need that nice.
To me I would do it myself in a day.
Don't put flakes in or when you drop a tiny screw or part they look like the flakes on the floor
