Morning everyone, windy here today again, did I say I hate the wind. Dogs had a good time feeding the horses and going for our walk. Car sounds good Scott, you will love driving it around.

Is it ok to copy a W5 head and make it better or are we just mad at Speedmaster
A few months ago a well known small block head porter asked if anyone had a W5 head he could play with. Plan are to copy the W5 head and make some improvements. One of our members loaned him one and the project has began. Since I’m sure “Mother Mopar” had a patient on this what are our thoughts...

The videos from Border show the differences in machining and such... and the copy isn't great even without removing the name
That will get you in trouble every time. Remember Layson's years back at the Carlisle? The Feds showed up and hauled them off in handcuff's. Too many parts copied with the Mopar Pentastar.
Unclear as to whether the design was patented or as you stated, it was trademark / branding.
