We were out. I was looking for your car. I missed it. I was looking in the wrong location

Matt was good. I enjoyed talking with him. I will have to come visit you guys. Nova doesn’t like to venture into the dark side. He’s a rule follower.
I kept Wayne entertained with adventure stories from Vietnam.
Ohhhh Good Morning Mopar Mob..

OK I will start it and let @MOPARMITCH finish it.

So the guy next to me leaves friday and has two spots he says I can use the one next to me and some guy has the other to vend. OK cool. So some one has a bunch of stuff he puts on the tables left ther. Prob a few grand worth of stuff. And leaves. OK he is getting ready for Sat right. No one at all is there Sat. Tons of people want to buy stuff. Not ours No idea whos. OK left alone all day Sat on the tables. Some guy shows up late afternoon and asks me who to a HP manifold from the tables, All of it he bought and was dropped off Fri :wtf: He is pissed. Goes to mitch and I will let him finish it. Just frucked up. Why leave it alone and not picked up?

Bad news today. Slantsixdan contacted me and he doesn't have any real turn signal switches now. Good news is he is hoping to get more in 60 days or so. Thank you, I'll wait.

:wtf:
Ray and I both were busy with customers and apparently an older guy came next door with a trailer to pick up that stuff but he had a younger guy with him. So I think they asked Ray if he knew anything about the expensive exhaust manifold that was missing. So then the older guy sent the younger guy which was probably in his late thirties probably outweighed me by 40 lb or so and was half my age. At first I thought he was just a customer so I asked him if he needed anything. What's he looking for?. It goes on to ask me if I know anything about this missing exhaust manifold. I tell him I don't know. Three spots over from me. So we had a little small talk back and forth and then I asked him well. What do you want me to do? Then he said well I don't expect you to lie to me. So at that point I stood up and I was about 4 in taller than him, maybe older, but I asked him, are you calling me a liar?. He was a little dumbfounded but he had already done it. I proceeded to tell him that I don't need anything that he has or has had and that if he needed something from me, here I am. Well by now it's getting a little heated. And that basically I told him to get the F off of my spot. So he left with his tail between his legs. But we did see him later a row away watching us. No big deal. I don't think he wants any trouble with me. Lol @halifaxhops

Well I got no time to backread as I got home at aprox 0200 this morning and got to go teach. Man was I wrong @Petty Betty and as usual totally out of step with social media. As several know I worked a pop up concert last night. In essence a “famous” band solicits suggestions for a pop up concert in a small venue. They announce location just a couple of hours ahead of the gig. The band was the All American Rejects, you can see below pix the attendance was off the charts in Fayetville Ar last night, thousands attended. Fire Marshall topped them out on capacity. So they decided let’s do back to back shows! I was charged with the Executive protection aspect and had to cover the stage. Almost zero room between band and attendees. I actually had a pretty good time but thank heavens I have some very good custom ear protection or I would be deaf! My station was right beside the Amps to protect the band. It was a crazy night, I fear I am all over social media for those that follow the band. They got some rabid fans!

Ear protection? Huh?

Your car is so ‘Old School Cool’
That's why I moved to the Race Ready category this year; it seemed to fit better since it was built for racing. But again, there are 150k Pro-mods in there. Regular people love the car and the whole story, but when it comes to the awards, it seems they are only interested in perfect cars; that has been the experience so far.

All good though. I enjoy talking with everyone and I am proud to own it, the only thing that matters...............

I have one of these with a small solar panel.....................

That's nice but they shouldn't call it a generator. It's a portable power pack. I have an older one that needs a new battery. Never get around to getting one.

Good morning. A gall sent me pictures she took at George Rays of my car at the car show couple weeks ago, our birthday race yesterday was rained out George Ray and mine..

I think I pissed the wife off. My cards just have the house number on them and she got a bunch of calls asking for my spot number. pretty funny actually. I got home and my daughter came over and hooked me up when I was gone and cut the lawn, burned the stick pile and swept the shop out! That was great!
family business and she's the receptionist
just that you didn't tell her that yet!
LOL
