So laying under the dart. Sitting here wondering if I should do the smart thing and start over. Replace the entire frame rails. They’re not rusty on the outside. But I feel like it’s a time bomb ticking. Would mean pretty much starting all over and a new build. Or brace it, cap it, and send it…. Decisions decisions

I sprayed the Eastwood stuff in mine. Hopefully hit most of it and slowed it down. But no way to stop rust.

You have a rotisserie?
 
Well, one wall is done. Resize for window, replace rotten wood and sheet with smart panels. The window is used, or previously enjoyed. Free. So i used it. Once we are done, that part will be more energy efficient. The old tuck tape is really stuck, brickmold this week.
