Hey, RichGood Morning All!

What a week here, running around sites managed to lose my wallet or it was stolen from a parking lot where we have contractors that are grouting our lower dam but our security won't review CCTV because the wallet might be lost. So spent 5 hrs. PTO yesterday getting ID's, cancelling debit/credit cards etc. Then we had our home inspection by the buyers inspector, one of the 3 hits shouldn't be as it's the sink we paid to have new fixture put in, turn on the water and it shoots out the stopper pull handle. Lastly wife noticed a "dent" behind the drivers door down low, looks like an upward push, I'm thinking Kia monkeys got it when we did the oil change Monday, not sure what they use for lifts but I'll be talking with them today. Rant over, thanks for the bandwidth
Forgot I'd already mentioned that but it found it's way into above rant lol! I have a piece of paper that is my drivers license, new one mailed in 2-4 weeks, new Military ID in hand. My concealed carry was expired so will see how renewing that w/o old one will go. Bank stuff done over phone and debit card should be here next week, thx for askingHey, Rich
I was going to point you to the thread "Is anyone rich here?" Just so you could post "Yes, yes I am"
Any progress on rebuilding your wallet?
What is that, part of a two post? I know what bollards are but not bollocks?Bollocks
Ok so if you meant annoying, yup! Sorry, I only know 10 cent words lol!Bollocks
Likely lowered it on to something, like a tool cart. I’ll ask my brother, he works HVACOh, leftover rant, got a hit on their home inspection on the hot water heater, said it should be mounted 18 inches above the floor because it's an ignition source, not a gas H2O heater either. It already has required bollards in front of it, expansion tank, earthquake strap, I mean really? The home was built in 2020 and a county inspector looked at it, have a hard time it's not up to code. Another issue I would have with that is there's the HVAC heater section sitting right next to it with relays/coils and they said nothing about that, they are saying it could ignite gasses that could collect and be at a low elevation, there's no gas in the house either. Sounds like BS, anyone ever heard of this one?

15,000 yep that's a few. Was looking at my odometer, had an oil chg Wed and by Thurs had put on 400 miles, that's a bit of searchin for wallet lol! I want to try the food at that pickle stand thing you pictured btw, love the crazy idea of some carnival/fair foodMorning folks. I thought after all the steps yesterday I would feel achy today but so far, so good. The Ibuprofen hasn't worn off yet?![]()

Full plate!Today will be fun here. Taking oldest daughter to dentist due to a new tooth coming up in the middle of a baby tooth instead of pushing it out…
Then meeting with the SIL and her attorney to transfer remaining property from my FIL estate to my wife.
Then meeting with JAG lawyer on my military stuff.
Some how working too

Right?! I’m a bit anxious cause the county requires 5 inspections during construction. Wasn’t bad but now we have a brand new guy they hired from Seattle… I know how this is gonna goI hate "home inspectors"
They never find anything when I'm buying buy always find stupid **** when I'm selling.
From what I remember it was a great time together and with Tool Man and Rocks.Great track, I found this from a few years back, thought you might like it. I think this is from the infamous year @ZMan67S and I crashed the track! Hah!
