Tell you what there is no real rhyme or reason with Mopar sometimes. Trying to get dist numbers together for the four different tags. Holy crap the same style can be 64, 68, 70, 72? But the same years can have another style! Been getting some calls already form people will you make me a tag? Sure send me the remains of your old one I dont want to make tags for Fake ones like that are out there. Some pissed off people. But I dont have one! Uhm ok, Send it to me to take apart and verify it! Think I am wrong or just a ***?

Thanks. There are just to many fake ones out there now. No way to really tell if they are right just looking at them. I can get a idea but sucks dropping 800 for a core that is not real. There is no real guide to them out there now except application by part number.

$100-150 seems reasonable. If you need one you need one.

This is true, think when I'm done with paint phase looking for that firewall bulkhead connector may be the first bit of the first electrical work I do along with a new harness, hopefully "plug and play"
I know the purist hate me for it but that miserable bulk head connector is the first thing I eliminate on all my cars. That thing has gotta go!

The only electrical work/mod done on my Duster when I bought it was the HEI mod so there ya go, if there's better why not hashtag what works

Not car related.. but situational. There was a person making reproduction leather belts and accouterments for reenactments. He would put a makers mark on his products. A subtle "V" on the underside and people would get upset... but his accuracy was VERY good and it was meant to keep people from passing things off as the real thing.

Hey Rich check out American Auto Wire. That's what I used and was pretty simple to install and as little as I know about wiring it's well made.

Good morning everyone. Need to get my welding tank filled and rework the whip. Gas line got a hole in it.

Biggest thing with todays wiring is make sure the insulation is not made out of soy based. Rodents love it!
