Rained here most of the morning. This is what it looks like for the driver if you're behind a set of handlebars in the rain in Vietnam.

I think I've lost my collective mind....
Back in the spring, I accidentally received 2 turkeys when I was buying day old chicks from tractor supply, the lady put them in the box without me noticing. one male, one female, obviously nature has taken its course. Originally, I was going to butcher them for thanksgiving, but after seeing what people are paying for local, farm raised turkeys like these (starting at 6-8 bucks a pound live) I decided to try to hatch their eggs (in an incubator you sickos lol) ... all 48 of them that we've saved haha. This has the potential to go side ways, either I get zero... or I'll hatch all 48 and then be stuck feeding 48 dang turkeys haha
Poof, you're in business. Turkey eggs sell don't they?I think I've lost my collective mind....

yeah, 8-9 bucks per egg if hatchable. That's kind of why I'm doing this too. I need to get at least a 70% hatch rate for me to feel comfortable selling them as hatchable. not-hatchable, there's not a lot of demand for those.Poof, you're in business. Turkey eggs sell don't they
Ive got some geese eggs to try next hahaPoof, you're in business. Turkey eggs sell don't they?
long term plan is to raise peacocks and sell them. those eggs sell for 150-300 PER egg. and are in stupidly high demandIf you want to have fun get some Emu eggs
You better rethink that. They NEVER SHUT UP.....they go all night long and they are the loudest bird I have ever experienced in my life.long term plan is to raise peacocks and sell them. those eggs sell for 150-300 PER egg. and are in stupidly high demand
