Meh. About the same. I tire out, i think its just the stress from walking, bending. I can pedal my stationary bike easily and keep working my time up each day. That doesent seem to bother me much. 10 minute walk? Near impossible.

Besides the weather was a great day, got receiver picked up, had nice visit and some good food and drink with son/family, then on to pick up record storage. Rode two different ferry's, one from Port Townsend to Coupeville was rolling pretty good. Today will test out the repair of the receiver, those new tubes are calling me lol!

When we took that ferry from port Townsend we always lashed the bikes down or they would tip!
 

Good Morning All! Just putzing around the house yesterday, taking down Halloween decorations and watching football, Seahawks had a blowout and injured Commanders QB Daniels, too bad honestly, will be a setback for their team and it looked painful, an arm isn't supposed to bend that way
