I have to say that back in the seventies, I never ran shackles, traction bars, 8 track stereo, air shocks, tires that stuck outside the wheel wells or a styrofoam cooler. But I did swap my 273 for a 340, had custom wheels, had a cassette deck as well as a cb radio, and for a long time I ran thrush glass packs with no tailpipes. They were noisy, but back then I liked noise.
