Funny, I never liked seeing cars that extreme at shows in the 70s or 80s, but now, I think they're cool. Probably wouldn't build one myself, but it's definitely a style of a bygone era. Nostalgia I guess. It's just funny how I can like something now that I didn't care for before :glasses7:
 
Some of the mid 70s fads WERE kinda weird. I think it was all the disco stuff & the "new" restrictions on cars back then. We were all trying things out. It seems some of these fads were regional. I know what was popular in the Northeast. What were some local fads others got caught in?

Yep, that's a 392 Hemi under that clear engine hump.
 
Post #466 beautiful, bet it was a handful on the top end.
I wonder if it still around, the photo looks fairly new.
