Hey guys help me out. I found that one of my strut rod bushings had gone bad and I need to replace it. I can't remember if I have to pull th LCA off or not. I've noticed that my short term memory has been getting worse each year. LOL!!

If you're just replacing a front bushing, no.

Rear strut rod bushing, the LCA needs to come off....sorry.

The LCA does not need to come off in either situation. You will need to undo the mounting nut for the LCA and remove the torsion bar retaining clip (as well as removing all torsion bar tension). Once that is done you can pry the LCA back far enough to get the strut rod out at the LCA end.
