Hey guys, this is not a priority question but what the heck is this tab and what for? i found it in my dart trunk and also this one. just wondering.:scratch:

Yep, that's for the trunk light switch. It's idential to one of the dome light switches in the door frame. The trunk light is an exposed socket on a wire that attaches to the switch and mounts just to the right of center on the package shelf in the trunk cause the wire (at the least the one I have in the Demon) is too short to reach the middle.

Ya' caint have no trunk lid if'n yur gonna be able to stand up in trunk and shoot the squirrels outa the trees!!!
