Sway bar install

The other posters are right, of course, that the bar may be too wide, but notice one thing: when you jack the front of the car up, the LCA attachment points move closer together, while with the front wheels on the ground the LCA attachment points move as far apart as possible. Maybe you need to put the front wheels on the ground to move the attachment points as far away from each other as possible before trying to mount the sway bar?
Here's how I got my sway bar to fit: attach one of the end links of the bar, and both of its center clamps, as loosely as possible. Then jack the front of the vehicle up, or lower it down, or lower the wheels all the way down to the ground, as necessary to make the other end fit into its attachment point.
