This flip front was done 1984, four of them. From Pori a very talented guy we bought the molding.
This one is the only one is still here:

Meanwhile some epoxy painting on the rear half bottom of my car. When ready it should be allover epoxypainted.

My car is back and totally covered with epoxy (3 layers). Next thing to do is creating attachment system for flip front.

Magnumforce support system installed. Flip front has support system, attachments. Partially home made and Moroso Dzus.
Also installed front fender patch panels at the lowest point to the flip front. Had to cut them twice vertically and take aboutn one
inch away. Then back together.

Now lets clean up taillight housings. Lenses and bezels will be NOS. These are before any cleaning:

After cleaning with wire brush. I'm going to paint them with some zinc-additive color. And inside, where the bulbs are, will be some chrome painting.

Test fitting the grille. Center part is an all original unused

grille. Outer parts are from Yearone NOS

Some progress done. Side windows and the window mechanism installed. A new headliner installed. Front and rear brakes installed with new parts. I also checked engine and head displayment with fluid to find out compression ratio. Last two pictures, checking how Centerline 9x15" wheels are sitting in place. These wheels I purchased 1987. Still in very good condition!

It's time to install wiring. I'm using Aww A-body Classic Update kit (Classic Update Kit - 1967-75 Mopar A Body). It's very complete, all the original wiring plus some extra for electric fans etc. Schemas are included and some relays and switches for lights etc.
