Are the 1970 quarter ones the same as 1971 and up fender eblems?

Yep, same exact emblem just placed in a different location.

Watch out!! By I think it was 74 the SWINGER emblem changed a bit. The little yellow flower above the 'I' was taken off the die so no more little flower!!
