I,m having a Dana built for my 66 Dart race car.Right now I,m running the 7260/7290 u-joints and want to up to the 1350 u-joints.I have the 1350 yoke on the Dana.Do they make a conversion u-joint to fit my driveshaft front tranny yoke(904) or will I need new ends when I have the driveshaft shortened?Any input will help.Thanks.

I spent a couple minutes looking, and I didn't find a 1350 to 7260 joint. They are quite different. I wonder if anyone makes one. It could possibly bind?

Do not use a conversion joint going from 1350 to a 1310 style series (7260 is detroit and on par with 1310 series), it's going to break.

You need the shaft shortened just have the weld yoke changed also, should run around 130 to 150 for the weld yoke, shorten and joint w/balancing.

besides that joint doesn't exist, there is the 1310 x 1350, and the spicer version you could take the 7260 caps and put them on that cross, but they aren't around and the neapco 3-3140 and 2-3100 probably aren't made the same.
