Will a regular length Wix oil filter work with Doug's headers with a straight adapter, or are the short ones required? Again, this is for a straight adapter directly to the block.

I use a short with tti, long won't work. I thought the good Doug's were the same design.

I run Doug's on the 340 in my '70 Dart and I have to run a short filter.
Run the 1068 or 51068
As long as a filter is there, IMO, you are good.
If you have a bunch you go through, check out the wix filter deal I posted long ago. Last I did it, $50 in filters and you get free shipping
