The Hemi is back

-

I have a 2022 Laramie with the 5.7 E-torque. It is an amazing motor Awesome power, great gas mileage. Since I trade for a new truck every 3-5 years, I was really bummed when they dropped the 5.7. With the new warranty you can be sure I’ll be first in line for a 2026 model. I love my truck, and I was a born again Ford guy for many years. My 2000 F250 7.3 diesel was probably the best thing I will ever have owned. But I love this truck. Drives and rides like a car, pulls my 21ft travel trailer like a diesel, and, most important, my significant other loves it too. Enough said.

Heck just the Arkansas, Georgia, and Florida state patrol could keep them in business

Article doesn't say if those were customer orders or dealer stock orders. I mean, we know there aren't 10,000 customer orders even over the course of a year so it answers that question.

Really wish they'd at least put some effort into updating the Hemi. It doesn't necessarily need more power, just refinement and some emissions work. I enjoyed my 2018 5.7 but to be honest the Hurricane in my new Laramie is light years better than the old Hemi. It'll be a great volume engine for the foreseeable future.
