Skipped the Light Fandango
My neighbor and I brewed for years. He did most of the work. I was his bumbling inept helper. It always felt good getting back to basics.
Just couldn't keep the stuff around. We ended up spending most of our weekends trying to keep the stock up. He took up fishing and as the old saying goes, 'all good things must end'.

Started a new batch today and all new to me but rewarding and forgive my not knowing things but it sure makes me happy working on my own brew and not buying from the store...
