naw willfull destruction of private property ,some combination of probation ,community service , fine depending on his record , we've got people walking around with over 200 contacts with police and prior offences who don't get time for much worse . Heck if his employer is a known douche he might even get off through a jury trial -don't forget there is no mention of anybody actually seeing him do it .
