Mancini racing has a kit
Thanks i will machine a bushing up today .Some mini starters have a larger top hole, There us a bushing to be used with that starter. After the first start the starter moved away then on the second try it road over the crown of the teeth and snapped the end of the starter off.
You need to get the top stud and the bushing or it will happen again if it moves out of alignment. Some of the starters come with the bushing when purchased. Or have one made at a machine shop. My son made some for customers engines that came in . He provides them when he starts their engines on the run stand with their starter.
I corrected the text . The top is the bolt the bottom is the stud. Thanks i will machine a bushing up today .
The stud has a larger diameter and centers the starter. A bolt may not allow correct alignment
Are you using the stock stud?
