Does anyone know what taper the tie rods are on the Mopar? I've seen 7 degrees on a Ford and 10 degrees for GM but nothing listed for Mopar. I am thinking of replacing my tie rods with heim joints to gain a little steering clearance.

It might be listed in the Moog Chassis book in the back. But IRRC, it doesn't list degrees. It list like top measurement and bottom. You have to calc it.

The way Moog used to list those is stupid as hell. They didn't list degrees, or taper per inch, they simply listed the max dia and the min dia. If you were trying to build something custom, like a Jeep/ Landcruiser, it's worthless, because many ends are NOT THE SAME LENGTH in the taper.

I believe 7 degrees is the winner. I bought a pair of tie rod adjusting studs for a pinto. Caliper measures .623" at the base on the stud and the same on the tie rod end. flip it over and only the threads on the adapter fit through the hole on the tie rod arm. Thanks everyone.
