tire size and gear ratio?

So i'm in process of building a 69 dart 340 with a .655 solid roller cam has 302/305 duration 11.7 to 1 compression x heads, dougs headers, super victor intake 750 berry grant carb. will be shifting with a v gate hemi 4 speed and a dana 60 rear end. my question being what would all you folks recomend for gears with me running 28x11.5 dot hoosier slicks.

I like my 3.23s, but with the 4 speed you can go higher

My guess is 4.30s, but it's too early to choose.
After it comes off the engine dyno you will know how much power you have. Then you weigh your combo. Then you do some math to generate a P/W. From that it is possible to estimate the trap speed. From the trap speed and the dyno curve, you select the exact right gear.
Then you get to bust stuff....lol
