Thinking of putting the Go Wing on my 71 Dodge Demon. Didn't come from the factory with one. If I go ahead with it, is there somewhere I can get info on measurements for exactly where it goes & the modifications I have to do inside the trunk.

Here is mine, original J81 car with the center rib on the trunk. (Late build, 07/09)

well the blued wing was done on request by the owner , he wanted to play it down a bit . he told me , ''its so he can see the tail of the car . when he backs it in to the parking stall . and not bump any thing . '' he had a blackout grille , and had me install a sharktooth grille with his all satin black hood . its his car , and he can do with as he wishes , this is the united states of america . lol . just damm lucky that the paint matched very well . paint on the car is 10 years older , couldn't get the same stuff .

I have a gull wing on my 72 duster that I added. I agree with other posters that the wings look great on a car with factory black stripes. I'm planning on removing the factory stripes to add some 70's inspired striping. Planning on removing the wing when we do that. In my mind the wing wont jive with the custom stripes. When I first got the duster it had a late 70's olds 442 wing on it which surprisingly fit very well within the dusters body lines.

I'd like to see that. I bet it looked cool back it the day. Was the Oldsmobile different than the others? I remember the ones Ford used were the same as Mopar used. Never paided that much attention to the Olds I guess.

IMO.
Dont do it. Looks cheesy.
That car doesnt need that attention.
However if I were forced id put on a dart swinger or similar.just my opinion.

Ha Ha Ha I agree. That's what I said in my first post! LOL

I dig the wing......especially if the black decals are present. Adds contrast. I like mine, and think it would look a little plain w/o.

What year is that duster? My brother bought a new 340 Duster, ordered it 69 and was a very early 1970 in that color but only had the dirt devil between the tail lights and no wing. Man that car would fly!

Hate to admit it but it did not look awful and I believe it was made out of aluminum. It sat sort of low and nestled itself between the rear quarters nicely. Btw it was an early 80's Hurst/olds wing. Not late 70's

my Demon with a wing. like the color contrast with the blackout treatment on the hood, the stripe and then the wing on the trunk.
