top radiator hose hard

its not getting hot, has a new champion radiator in it. 190 themostat. but the top radiator is so like its gonna pop when its running.

Do you have coolant or just strait water? Are you sure the system full?

Pressure in the system is normal.

If the thing is not overheating, what you have described is known technically as "normal operation."

Typical system pressure would be 18 lbs. Make sure you have a proper working cap on that radiator. If that upper hose should burst it could scar you for life.
I've seen it twice and it aint pretty.

its got a new 15-18 pound cap, that came with the radiator.
