Hey guys I know this isn't pertaining to an A-body, but I am sure someone might have some info to help me. I am putting together a LWB 83 d150, and I have putting a warmed up 440 in it , stock motorhome bottom end, aluminum heads, a 475/494 lift 262/268 duration lunati voodoo cam, a performer intake, and summit 750 carb and am wondering what stall range torque converter would be good for it. It will be used to pull my duster to the track, I think the cam operating range is 1400-5700, hughes has a towing converter with 1800-2000 stall will this be too low? I don't think my cam is really to aggressive. Thanks
