torque specs

Does anyone know where i can find the torque specs for the front suspension of my 73 duster?

I need:
LCA pivot arm nut
UCA bolts
strut bar
upper/lower balljoint
spindle nut

LCA pivot arm nut --145 ft/lbs
UCA bolts---------- 70 ft/lbs
strut bar --------- 45 ft/lbs
upper/lower balljoint- 125/ft/lbs
spindle nut---------- 240 to 300 inch/lbs while rotating disc and hub.
