Standard rebuild I say do it yourself. It will only cost you a few hundred $$. Check out the youtube videos, it seems very easy.
There are 20 Videos starting here with the first one. A 904 is the same concept.

Thanks guys. I'm sure I could rebuild it but I have now idea what condition this BB 727 is in. It had been sitting outside quite some time. Guess I'll never know until I tear into it. It is just a standard rebuild.

Those videos sure look promising as well. Looks like another book I need.
